Who runs the range

Site Teams

Our site teams are the heartbeat of the Golf Ranch experience. They’re on the frontlines ensuring our guests have a top tier experience from buckets to balls and everything in between -- especially leveraging our tech to level up their game. They bring the friendliest place in golf to life at every single shift.

Site Leadership

Every Golf Ranch has a trio of leaders that uphold our standards across range operations, guest experience, and employee success. These full-time positions set the tone on-site from welcome to “see you next time” and own the vibe of their unique site; both site team and customer base.

Corporate

While we’d all love to be out on the range, some folks have important work to do behind a screen. Our corporate team is constantly raising the bar from data to media to expansion to ensure every Golf Ranch is delivering the very best in quality, technology, and game improvement to every single guest and member.

Frequently asked Questions

Do I have to be an experienced golfer in order to work at Golf Ranch?

We always feel fortunate when experienced golfers recognize the value of a role at Golf Ranch but golf knowledge isn’t a prerequisite! If you’re willing to bring a passion for serving our guests and committed to falling in love with the game then you should still apply -- we’ll let our Infectious Enthusiasm do the rest. And if a role does require golf industry knowledge -- we’ll let you know in the job description.

Are all the roles at Golf Ranch onsite at one of the ranges?

Our Site Teams and Site Leadership are tied to our ranges while our Corporate roles are likely a hybrid schedule onsite in Dallas, TX at our Golf Ranch HQ. While we do offer a handful of remote opportunities, we’re committed to building Deep Connection both amongst our team and customers and regular in-person time plays a big part in that.    

What perks and benefits does Golf Ranch offer to its employees?

Our Site Teams are our boots-on-the-ground team members and so are their perks -- that’s free on-shift meals, unlimited buckets to enjoy outside of work, predictable scheduling, and on-the-job career development plus discounts on retail, merch, F&B. Full time employees in Site Leadership and Corporate roles additionally are eligible for PTO, a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package as well as range perks to enjoy as well.  

What are operating hours of Golf Ranch?

Golf Ranch is a 7 day a week operation, bringing tech-enabled range practice to the people rain or shine! We put a lot of care into ensuring we can offer all-weather golf from heaters to fans and, of course, our covered teeline. We’re committed to being a reliable source of practice and fun on weekends and holidays but also good partners to our employees when it comes to availability and scheduling.

What does it mean when an open role is categorized as seasonal?

Because Golf Ranch is now improving golf games from Connecticut to Arizona that means we have a variety of peak seasons. If you are applying for an open role marked “seasonal,” then you’re joining us when the weather is best for golf and we’ll have a bustling range of members, guests, and employees all bringing their A game.

Are there any physical requirements for working at Golf Ranch?

Golf Ranch can be a fast-paced, busy environment where you’re spending significant time outdoors in varying weather conditions. Our commitment to continuously raising the bar of what the driving range can be as well as our obsession with quality often calls for hands-on work including the ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and set up items weighing 50 pounds or more.
